Very impressive John! It might be able to replace our current www.basinbrewers.org website but let's give it time to figure that one out. It seems to me this blogger version performs many of the same functions with the different tabs available.
Looking great John. I can see you've been working some more magic on it.
For the column off to the right where you show Upcoming Meetings, is it possible to put different things in that column under the Recipes, Brewers Resources, Competition Schedule tabs? For example, under the Competition Schedule tab, off to the right column you can list the links to Bluebonnet, Cactus Challenge, etc. On the Recipe tab the right column could include a separate link for different beer styles, and so on. If this seems confusing we can talk about it at the next officers meeting. I suggest this because over time the main tab info is done chronologically and over time it be hard to find what one is looking for. Same problem happens with Facebook when new messages push older stuff towards the bottom and one has to scroll through all sorts of stuff until they find what they're looking for. Keep up the good work and Cheers!

ReplyDeleteLooks like the time stamp is set to Pacific Standard Time.
ReplyDeleteI'll fix the time stamp, Gil. Good catch!
ReplyDeleteI can comment now!!!! I like this new format!
ReplyDeleteLoving this blog-based format! We should've done this years ago, like we talked about.

Gil, unfortunately, no. The sidebar will be the same on all pages. It's just a limitation in the template.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I can create frames or tables on any page to subdivide information in the main column.
Sounds like a good solution
